My Customer I [protected]. I have given complaint 10 days before by phonically on customer care, he assured me that within 96 hours our reps will come to rectify the problem. On 20 Oct I received one sms on my registered mobile that give missed call on given no, I follow same, but your reps not come. On 26 Oct again I contact to customer care he told me your complaint turn down he given the logic that your house was closed (that is totally false statement because my house was not closed for single minute). I want try to contact your customer executive but he did not connect me. So please rectify my problem and guide your reps that not to make illegal statement without attending the complaint. Regards.
