Tata Sky — Not installed as committed

Kindly note that I had applied for a new tata sky connection on 28th March, 2016 against ID no. DS[protected]. As confirmed / committed that the same will be connected within 24 hrs, but not yet connected in my house. I strongly dis-satisfied the company's services. This is mental harassment to the customer by the company.
