Tata Sky — not installed the dish antenna after paying the amount - delayed over one month | |||
Dear sir, I, mr. S. Ravi kumar, residing at quarter no. 235/b, bhel township, ramachandrapuram, hyderabad. I have taken the tatasky dish connection vide my application/ receipt no. 372347 and id no.[protected]. I have paid the amount for rs. 2164/- on dated 09.02.2020 for package of telugu basic hd. The company representative mr. Murali vide contact no.[protected] and mr. Naser vide contact no. [protected] told that it will be installed in two days. But till the date the dish antenna and connection has not been done. For first two days after paying the receipt they lifted the call and said it will be installed shortly. After they are not lifting my phone calls. We took the connection of this tatasky on one and only reason is that its a reputed company with a huge commitment. I am very much surprised the way treating by tatsky like this with a new customer who trusted blindly. I am shocked that such a leading network will do like this. I am Geeting Error This set top box needs to be paired form long time. My subscription will lose because of this. kindly look out this matter and provide solution.
