Tata Sky — Not paying back the money I spend, Account deactivated, Customer service irresponsible | |||||
Really PATHETIC service from TATA sky. I opted a connection from TATA SKY DTH for my home use on 19th Oct by paying 9300 Rs. While taking the connection, It was promised that I will be getting 1 month of free channels and if I dislike the service I can discontinue the service and my amount will be paid back. Now from yesterday onwards, cable TV at home is not working and when I call the customer server they say that the backend team will call me (which till now never happened). Yesterday they cancelled my account without any confirmation(they are even bluffing me by trying to give a miss call to my mobile and counting as number of calls). Now they are asking to recharge the account to activate (I'm suppose to get 1 month free channels). I asked for the cancellation only if the amount is paid back. Nether I have the cable connection now nor the money. Till now I would have called the customer service about 20+ times, and each time different person will pick up the call and I have to explain the whole story to them. No tracking of customer queries/questions. Some names I spoke to were - Kavya, Thulasidas, Ravi ... Not sure whom to reach out now for this. Am really frustrated by the service TATA SKY provide.
