I have taken Tata Sky connection 6 to 8 months back that time I got only Tata Sky Setup box because in my society there is common dish already available for all hence installer person did not handed over me dish.
Now I have shifted to somewhere else and there I need my dish for that I have already raised a request (Request # SR[protected] but I came to know from customer care that in system its showing Kit (Setup box, Dish, etc..) is already given to customer and they are saying to purchase again.
I have called that person who came last time for installation he said you just raised a request you will get free Dish and cable from company but you have to pay installation charges (Rs.300) I am Ok to pay installation charges but why should I purchase again when I did not received my Dish. I am not going to pay for dish becasue I have already paid for it.
The request has been closed without intimation to me. I am facing this issue since 3 days. Was this information helpful? |
