Tata Sky — Not receiving signals in many channels like starplus sony colours & t. V. Epic etc

We are not receiving signals on above channels. Since 15 days. We have two modems connected with one disc. Connection no [protected]. After consulting with tata sky personnalwith 17 timeson phone no[protected]. At lucknow the problem could not besolved. Plz sift my tata sky connection orsolve the problem immediately.
