[Resolved] Tata Sky — not receiving the channel properly | |||
Subramania iyer, thripunithura, ernakulam Id no.[protected] Rmn: [protected] I get asianet news channel, especially the 1 pm news with broken images and audios on and off. Occasionally, the screen suddenly becomes black and then the channel is displayed again with broken images and audios. I am unable to listen to the news due to this problem. I contacted the toll free number and a person answered the call after some transfers of lines and waiting for about 10 minutes. I cleaned the terminals of set box connections and reconnected them as per his advice. Still the problem continues. I have this problem with a few other channels also but not all channels.
