Tata Sky — Not Receving the subscribed package

Sir, 1. I have a tatasky connection having Subs ID [protected]. 2. But from the last three days we are not receiving our subs package of south especially (Malayalam channels). 3. We are paying our monthly subs of Rs 432/-, due subscription some Active Channels. 4. You are requested to rectify the package problem as well as unsubscription of the active channels and bought the account to its minimum monthly payment please. 5. RMN be considered as [protected]
