Tata Sky — Not replaced set of box in 45 days after repeated request. | |||
I am a customer of tata sky since 2010, with tata sky id- [protected] and registered mobile number-[protected] at Bilaspur distt of himachal pradesh.As u aware that u have recently migrant at new technology .The tata sky offer for change the new set off box free of cost. It is very regretfully to inform that, i have made more than 20 telephone call on your customer care number-, subsequently chat with customer executive -1 time & email on portal-3 times from may 20, 2015 to July 1, 2015.but till date my set of box not changed.It is very strange to inform you i have not getting any call from tata sky local customer care at himachal pradesh.mean while i have paying the amount to tata sky without viewing any channel since last 1 month. you are requested to please help for immediate change the tata sky set of box so that i can view the channel, as well as refund the amount in that period i have not taking services of tata sky.
