Dear sir,

My id no.[protected] name:s. C. Das - mobile no. [protected]
Since one month i have lodged an complaint regarding change of my package but nobody responding., so i appeal again to comply my complain to change the package by sending a broucher to my mail so as to enable me to choose the channels and also request you to kindly clarify about the added package with minimum package price. Pl provide the broucher through mail id: [protected]@gmail.com.

Updated by scdas1 On 20th Dec 2016 evening hours, a representative telephonically contacted and understood my problem, told me to send me a leaflet regarding recharge procedure through mail but till date i.e.22/12/2016 they have not sent any rate chart. This type of attitude will not prosper the company itself. Company's reputation should be kept by the staff of the company.
