Tata Sky — not satisfied with the tata sky dth

hi, customer ID [protected], channels gets shut down frequently when slow wind blows or due to rain, recharging for 300 per month comes only for 10 days. please suggest me with good packages.also send an executive to check for the connectivity issue.
