Tata Sky — Not showing the current position of the account of the customer/ and not removing the 'warning Label' even after recharging. | |||
This is to express my utmost dissatisfaction towards TATA sky on the poor performance of the customer care division. Nobody is bothered to answer our quarries properly. And since ever our beloved Ratan Tata Sir withdrew many divisions are not performing well or upto that satisfactory level. And another irritating thing is this that showing the 'warning Label' three days before the expiry of the validity in hundred thousand times. i would suggest TATA sky that everybody knows the time of recharge. If the amount is finished please disconnect immediately. It is not an OXYGEN for human survival. Mind this and please avoid showing henceforth. If the customer wants to recharge they will. Otherwise no. And please exhibit the warning only just two or three hour before that particular day. only for three times. anyhow you are sending warning SMS also. Simply exhibiting repeatedly is not going to give you any prize rather than cursing, And even after recharging why the label is appearing..? Why so...? Why have you taken off the account status as earlier..? We want you...so please improve the facilities and services hence forth. My ID No. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
