Tata Sky — Not working

Hi My Subscriber ID : [protected], I am from Hyderabad, My TATA Sky went off and not working, I tried switching it on and ff and also restore settings, etc, I called your helpline no after replying to her prompts I was told that my call will be diverted to operator. I was holding the line fro my cell i was told that my call is important hold it the operator is helping other client so i waited and waited then i got fed up hanging up then l saw that this waiting has billed me rs 15, if my call was important, why the hell no one answers I tried to complain online and live chat, and nothing works, Please solve our problem by sending technician urgently

Even we are getting the same problem with Tata Sky. Only four channerls are coming

Hi sir,
I don't no what is wrong with tatasky since from yesterday its not receiving any signal nor showing any channels. I tried to call helpline numbers but I guess no one cares for their customers issue. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible... As my review this is not a good customer service and it makes people frustrated... My subscription ID [protected]... Please resolve this issue

there is no display from the evening of 10.03.15
this has to be set right immediately
pl. arrange to recredit the subscription for the days from 10.03.15 till u set this right

I am using your product and last one week that is not working properly. Already complaint has been booked but still this problem was not sort-out and my complaint number is NS[protected] and please send your representative to solve this problem asap. I'm really upset your service so please taking care of my issue as important one and solve immediately.

Dear Team,

ID No is [protected] and Contact number is [protected]. Last 7 days Tata Sky is not working properly and complaint has been made and complaint number is NS[protected] still this problem was not sort out so please send technician to sort out this issue immediately.

Tata Sky HD is not working since 26th March 2015 and many false assurance by sms regarding technician visit have turned out to be fake. registering on coustomer care takes a long time. No coustomer care executive will come on line, Till now the problem has not been resolved.

My Tata sky DTH services has not been able to get signal for more than 10 days. In spite of registering complain . my problem is not been answered by the tata sky . my I'd is [protected] . plz do smthing before I change this service
