[Resolved] Tata Sky — online subscription paid but subscription id not updated

On april 7th, 2020 i have recharged through online for subscription id:[protected] for rs.220/- through debit card. Whereas i received in my registered mobile no.[protected] that a different subscription id: [protected] was recharged.in fact, i forwarded e-amil to [protected]@tatasky regarding this. Since my subscription for my id [protected] is expiring shortly i request this should be rectified early and activate my id [protected].
