Tata Sky — Over charge of payment | |||||
I purchased a new connection of tata sky disk for tv. The person who came to installed the disk does not installed it at proper place. So i requested for reinstalled the disk just at one meter distance away from previous place in next few days (With in 10 days). Now as this is the fault of there person as he does not installed it at proper place, they are charging from me the amount rs. 300/- for that. As this is not my fault so why i should be charged. They already made my a/c balance -300/- so it should be refunded. My tata sky id is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
