Tata Sky — Package dispute and looting customers money | |||||
After using tata sky for more than 10 years why i am being harassed. You people are just sitting to loot customers money. Customer care people are absolutely rude and dumb. From yesterday i. E[protected] i have spoken to call centre executives, managers regarding my issue but have not got any help. Instead i have been tortured by you people. Yesterday i called your call centre to know the amount to recharge my tata sky connection. I have one primary and 1 secondary. The lady informed me for my current package the amount for annual subscription is rs 10230 for both the connection. She also advised me to take hd package which has more channels for which she confirmed the amount rs 11530. I asked her that i would like to go ahead with hd package. I recharged the account with rs 11530 and called the customer care to activate my hd package. For which i was informed that i have buy a hd box for the same. Why i was not informed earlier, i would not have gone ahead and recharged the hd package. Today morning when i switched on my tv again the message came stating that i have zero balance the connection has been deactivated. When i called the customer care they said my amount has been reversed hence the connection got deactivated. First of all who gave the permission to reverse the amount. Secondly i have charged rs 297 for reversal fees. For tata skys mistake why i should pay the fine. They are saying that it is the procedure they follow for looting customers.
