[Resolved] Tata Sky — pairing error for tata sky set top box | |
This is the wrong card for this set top box error is appearing. Please resolve. I am using tata sky set top box. Suddenly, when i switched it on one day, the error 'this is the wrong card for this set top box' error is appearing. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible. Verified Support Jul 02, 2018 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, that's not how it should have been. We've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
