[Resolved] Tata Sky — pairing error message on my tv screen

I have been outstation for around 20 days and when i come back home and switch on my tv and tata sky then the screen on my tv says that "this is the wrong card for this set top box" (Pairing error)

My subscriber id : [protected]
Let me also inform you that i have already recharged my tatasky.
Kindly resolve this issue
