[Resolved] Tata Sky — pathetic and looting service by tata sky | |||
My registered tata sky subscriber number is :-[protected]. Since last 8 months i am facing the same problem while seeing the tv channels its getting stuck. And every time i complain to tata sky, the technician comes and does some thing and i will be charged rs 225 + gst. But the problem still persist after 5 to 10 days. And this happened probably 6 to 7 times where i spent large amount of money for the same problem. But problem still did not get solved. And today i find out the problem that the problem is with setup box then once again they want to charge me 350 (Ready to pay) for new setup box and 225 + gst So sir its my humble request to kindly try to solve the matter urgently, and refund my excess amount taken for the same problem repeatedly. We had taken tata sky services in dec 2015 but are facing lot of problem everynight the service gets disconnected and then starts the next morning and they are not bothered to resolve the issue we are absolutely tired we work and entore day we are out and every night the service is disconnected .they donot value for customers money.

This tata group's another blatant attempt of fleecing its trusting customers by simply blocking the DD telecast of sporting events. What is even more disgusting is the fact that they blame the broadcaster, when you probe further they simply put your call on hold for eternity so that customer gets further pissed of and drops the call.

Hi, as per the order of the Honorable Supreme Court of India, cricket telecast is not available on “DD National”.
Booked a Tata Sky on 29 th September till todate installation was not happened. And the response from the customer executive is not good.
