Tata Sky — Pathetic service - no response on No signals. | |||||
I have called to tatasky customer care for assistance on signal issue yesterday (3 june 2016) @2.20 pm. A work order no PAO38SR was generated And was told that technician will get in touch within two hours also I recieved the mesaage for the same. But no one came or contacted me. Then I called customer care today @ 9.45am again i was assured that technician will contact within two hours. I waited for 2 hours but no one turned up. After all of this again I had to make call to customer care for the same and they also have the same response. I have never seen pathetic service where false promises are provided to customers. If this is not resovled soon then I have no option to switch to other dth provider as their dabba setbox is of no use without signals for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
