[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pathetic services - change in plan without intimation

Hi, i am using 3 connection of tatasky and it was on a family package however on 23rd june tatasky people changed the plan and put all the connection on an individual plan. Earlier i used to pay 350 for main connection and 200 each for the sub connection however without informing me they have changed the plan and put all 3 connection on 350 each. I came to know about the same on 5th july and when i disputed they are blaming trai because as per them they have done as per rule implemented by trai. My point is that there is a financial impact so before making any changed they should inform the client. When i raised the complaint on 5th july it took a week to get it resolved and till then i was been charged as per the plan is given to me by tatasky. It's cheating and fraud. Also, my set up box stopped working, it went on stand by mode and customer care people recommended that technician will come to get it fixed. When the technician came he denied to do anything and simply offered to change the setup box. No clue that why should i change the setup box because there was no hardware issue. The problem seems to be a software issue which can be resolved easily. After some discussion, i agreed then he said that he will replace it and give me another refurbished device which later i identified is also faulty. They will reset my setup box and give it to 3rd person and keep on doing it and making money with one single setup box which is again an illegal acitivity. One-piece which is already sold is been reused again and again at a high cost and making consumer fool by sending a technician who denies to open the box and always give one option to replace it seems to be a planned loot. Also, i got my setup box replaced around 8 months back so it should be in warranty but still i have been charged for my setup box to which the answer was that the last setup box was not in warranty however i paid the same amount, 400rs which i paid this time as well. Now it is in a 1-year warranty but earlier it was not. I am completely pissed with this behaviour and need some solution. Please help
