Tata Sky — Plan offered initially but not in opperation after depositing recharge amount | |||
Dt:16.5.2015 I, Govind Kumar Bhartiya, am using Supreme Sports pack on three set top boxes since last two years and renewing it on time. I was informed over the phone that for further continuity I need to pay a total sum of Rs. 4966.00 for one year, (for all the 3 set top boxes) within the due date. I deposited the amount on 17.12.2014 that was very much within the due date. To my surprise the pack is not in operation and the reason stated by the tata sky officials is that i need to inform them after depositing the money in the account. I was informed over the phone around 12.12.2014 to 16.12.2014 to recharge the account with this odd amount which i paid promptly so that the pack remains continued. But even after repeated request to the nodal and other officials too, it seems they are not interested in solving the problem. The matter is getting delayed. pl. intervene and help.
