Tata Sky — Poor customer service and fake commitments

Hi, I have lodged a complaint through customer care call regarding issue in my set top box. It has been two days past and none of the technicians has visited my house to fix this issue. Every time when i call, the customer service people say theat within 1 hour you will receive a confirmation call and then technician will come to my place. But till now, no confirmation service and no technician has come to my place.Really fed up with this nonsense.Everytime i call they transfer to their senior executive and the exceutive then cliams that your request will be solved ASAP. What a poor service from tata skty!!!. Please solve my request ASAP otherwise i will have to file a complaint in consumer court.
