Tata Sky — Poor customer service | |||
I've been facing issue with tataskyr connection since 20.08.2015. Finally getting through the tough I and repeated drop calls, I get connected on 26.08.2015.a technician is send the next day. He replaces the set up box, takes rs 50 from me, with out providing any kind of receipt, nor informs that charges for the set up box would be applied on the tatasky account. The T.V works fine for a day, meanwhile i recharge my account. again the same issue. To my surprise I see the payment made for the recharge gets decuded and I get a message saying I need to pay by 05.09. I call again, a technician is send, and says nothing can be done and that I have to call technician myself. When I call the customer service, I get an abrupt response again. I am still with no service. Not happy with such unprofessional behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||
