Tata Sky — Poor quality of set top box...worst..

I have alredy filed my complaint on 18th September regarding poor quality of set top box newely issued by tata sky. I have filed complaint for refund of rs 520 which is deducted from my account. Some one from Gaziabad( Tata sky customer care) call me and assure me to resolve my problem and will refund me 520 rs. but still he couldn't refund it. The same complaint is forwarded again as under... My self Sandeep Patil and my subscriber ID is [protected], My tatasky set top box having some problem on 11Aug. 2015, I make a complaint and my complaint is resolved on 12 the August. My set top box is replaced by another and charged 520 Rs from my account on 13th August 2015.The technician tell me that one month warranty is applicable for replaced set top box. Now on 16th september 2015, that is after 33 days of new set top box, the power supply of my set top box is not working. I filed another complaint and complaint is resolved in next day but I have to pay 520 Rs. more on 16th Spetember 2015. Since for two continues month i.e August and september I have to pay 520 Rs. It is not possible for me to pay 520 Rs per month if such condition arise. Miss Puja from Hyderabad call me and without considering my problem, she said that she couldn't do any thing for you. I am a regular customer of Tata sky from last 6 years, If such non satisfactory answer is given by your service provider then it is very difficult for me to continue Tata Sky service. Therefore, It is my humble request you to kindly consider my set top box in warranty period ( since 3 days more) and refund me the charged amount.
