Tata Sky — Poor service and rude employees | |||||
I have been contacting your company regarding the ill functioning of my tata sky digi box past 3months. The service providers have been so irresponsible as I have loged a complaint couple of times. First I was told that the box had a problem and they replaced it which costed us Rs.800 and to bring to your notice it was a second hand box . When we called them back stating that we were still facing the same problem they said we had to change the cable adapter . We did change one but the service operator came back the next day and took away the new cable stating that there was no need for a new cable. Now my hd remote stopped working. If the same continues I am afraid my tv will get spoilt. I had called the customer care couple of times and did speak to the senior manager there but still there hasnt been any move from their side. Worst service ever with a terrible set of employees . Was this information helpful? | |||||
