[Resolved]  Tata Sky — poor service by provider

I m using tata sky service for 5 to 6 years. There are 5 tata sky connection in my family. I always have been apprised by tata sky employees saying that i m a valuable customer and making me fool on phone. I have never been given any offer till date. Now a days tata sky is the costliest than any other dth services. Tata sky have been frequently increasing my pack rate without informing me. Whereas, other providers having less rate for same pack and giving more channels. Tata sky is giving maximum most of the free relay channels on very high rate. Even other providers are relaying paid channels on free of cost for their oldest customer on every big events like ongoing football world cup. Can any one say that dd sports is a paid channel. I m unable to watch dd sports in my subscribed pack. The relay on dd sports channel is blocked and suggesting to subscribe the other paid channel costing 60 rupees per month by courting that this is order of supreme court. If there any order like this why don't display the reference of the order on screen and why dd sports showing the time based programme in the relay list. Even the tata sky employees are not giving me correct answer. Now i m fade up with tata sky and have decided to deactivate all the services and going to suggest others to do same. The big issue is that i had requested to deactivate my tata sky connection on 19 jun 18 at 1020pm and assured by customer care that my request has been forwarded to executives and i will gate a call from tata sky on this regard. Even after 8 days from him. When i called up to customer care mr jaydeep and asked about by request he replied that no request has been forwarded, i asked him to confirm who was on duty at the abid date and time he did not give me information. Again he told me that your request is now forwarded and will get a call by 30 jun 18. I have already lost my 8 days subscription money and again i have to wait for next 4 days for same. Now who will pay my loss. Will tata sky provider return my 12 days subscription fee or i should go to consumer forum with this issue. No one is replying my question,
