I am really unhappy with this services and information been provided by the customer services agents.
On 25 th september my kid called in to customer services complaining about tata sky not receiving signals and he was been asked to go to terrace to adjust the antenna while he was on phone with the agent due to which his phone felt down from his hand and got damaged. This was really unsafe what he was asked to do since he was a kid. This is something which a tata sky engineer should do why he was asked due to which phone screen got damaged and we incurred financial lose.
Also when the tata sky engineer came in 150 rupees was been charged and he said the set top box is faulty and he will charge 650 rupees cash to replace the set top box which is incorrect information.
I am not happy the way my issue was been dealt with and i want compensation in form of taking off the replacement charges of set top box and engineer visit charges.
I called in to customer services on 28 to speak to a operations manager but team leader raju said the operation s manger is not in the office in office hours.
I want compensation asap since my tatsky is inactive due to negative balance. If my complaint is not resolved asap i will escalate this issue to trai.
