Second tv stop request takes 24 hrs, that too back end team confirms digicard & box no at any time in 24 hrs, expect customer to carry in pocket. Hahahaha... See the way of increasing revenue & looting customer. If fails to pick up call & confirm, request is closed as not confirmed by customer. Then again lodge a request. Keep on repeating the same till your account exhaust of money and both TVs stop. Not matching TATAs quality of service standards.
