[Resolved] Tata Sky — Poor signal, and a scam tactic by tata sky | |||
I got tata sky connection a year ago and a new multitv connection last month. On both connections, i have had problems of weak signal and signal dropping from day one!! Whenever i called their customer service, all they asked me to do is a master reset. On the first connection, i have had signal problems. They never sent a technician to check when the unit was in warranty. Now that the unit is more than a year old, they say they want to to charge me for the technician visit. This is absolutely unethical and immoral. Tata sky is becoming a scam artist. Was this information helpful? | |||
