Tata Sky — Poor signal

My subscription Id is[protected]. I would like to register a complaint against Tata Sky for their poor signal service During the month of March we had a similar problem of receiving only one genre of the package and the rest were not available. This lasted for nearly 10 days The same thing is happening in the month of April and we have already faced this problem in the last 5 days . I am very clear I will not make the Subscription Charges for the Month of April unless and Until I am assured o[censored]ninterrupted service by Tata Sky .The only response we get is that Tata Sky is upgrading and hence this disroption . I am sorry then there must be a communication to this effect prior to the disruption in services giving an explanation with commitment on when this will be resolved

1) Most channels have no signal at all.

My ID: [protected]. Due to poor signal I was in touch with your customer care(!) for 4 days from 20th to 24th May. On 25th May one technician by name: Mr. Rajendra mob. No: [protected] visited but could not solve problem but promised to come next day with an amplifier!

In fact my problem became from bad to worse! Rajendra did not respond on his mob next day. Please let me know whether he is a fly by night operator or from your reputed company? From 25th to 28th I made several calls and my call complaints as :IB288KT and I-[protected] but till now 5 pm no technician visited!. Today at 9 pm made another complaint bearing No:1--[protected] who assured me technician will visit tomorrow!!!.

On these days when TV is not considered as luxury but a necessity. How do you expect your customer to wait for 8 long days? On 24th when I made my first complaint I was informed no visit charges will be applicable but only material charges will be levied. To my surprise Rs. 170/ deducted from my account on the very same day for not solving my signal trouble that deteriorate further!. No materials were used!

As on date a total of 10 days over after my first complaint. God bless Tatasky customers!- Hameed.
