Tata Sky — Reactivation of service | |||||
We have renewed our tatasky annual package online on29th nov 2015 vide transaction details tata sky transaction id: tc[protected] Bank transaction id: ig0bbnbmy7 of rs.7500 for annual mega hd pack. After a month we have understood that tatasky is deducting money out of this amount on monthly basis without our authorization; when we asked to customer care it has been told to us that we suppose to make call after recharge to renew the annual megad hd pack which have not been notified in email nor in the account when transaction completed.In spite of all of request and correspondence they have neither credited deducted amount in our account nor they have renewed our package. Finally we asked them to suspend the service and refund balance amount of rs. 5800/- approx. Now since past 15 days we are asking to restart the service to tatasky they are saying that now we have to purchase new set top box by paying 9300/- rs. Although we have our previous set top box with us but it has been said by tatasky that they can not activate it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
