Tata Sky — Really Horrible policies charged twice within two months for box replacement | |||
Hi complaint no: TAO7ZPI and TBJ4F8G tata sky seems to be running a scam. on august 12 my hd+ box was replaced as the hard disk failed. I was charged rs 700 and then the replacement box (which was a refurbished/ repaired box) failed again within a couple of months. now again the tatasky has charged me for this twice This is simply not acceptable its not as if its my fault tatasky provides a faulty replacement box and I have to pay for that simply not done. that too after the chat executive promised there would not be a charge. a/c no: [protected] i think guys stay away from Tatasky horrible policies Was this information helpful? | |||
