[Resolved] Tata Sky — Recharge Done from Tata Sky App, amount debited but not updated | |||
I did my tata sky recharge using tata sky app on 26 July with amount INR 452/-. It got successful from the google pay but did not update in the tata sky app. I checked in the google pay app, it showed payment received by billdesktatasky. i called tata sky customer care and they said it will be refunded in 7-10 days, still not credited and tata sky customer care is not able to help in any way. they talk only the scripted lines and sound so dumb that i regret my decision of sticking with tata sky. below are my txn details UPI TXN ID[protected] subscriber id - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
