As discussed many times with customer care Tata sky my complaint no. JOWQBPT dt.22-8-15 has not been resolved and Rs.500 has not been paid by tata sky or the dealer whom I got recharged Anand Telecom Jwala heri Mkt Paschim Vihar DElhi in my ID[protected].Dealer Tel.[protected] and mob.[protected].Kindly take necessary action. I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your issue and process your refund.
