Tata Sky — Recharge problems | |||||
I am a subscriber of tata sky using multiple tv connection, my subscriber id is [protected]. I got an sms from the company to recharge my account and i did a recharge of rs.4, 500/- and a couple of days later i got a call from tata sky that i need to recharge another 900 rs to have 6 months renewal. I have, tried a few times to do an online recharge of rs. 1000/- but there seems to be a problem with the website, i also tried to call [protected], and the ivr informed me that there is a 10 minutes waiting time and also a congestion and if i am trying to recharge, it is not going to be possible, ' Also a little earlier today when i by chance managed to reach the recharge page and filled in a recharge amount of rs.1000/- i happened to see that just in a few days rs. 1000/- had been debited, although the last time when i had received a call a few days back the caller said that he would put me in the bi-annual recharge scheme, and that i should additionally charge my account with rs. 900/- What does a consumer who cant do a recharge because there is a problem with the company's recharge portal, and also cant get thru on the company's helpline.
