[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharge success through google pay, but tv channels are not yet activated but

Sir, after scanning the QR code shown in the Tats sky recharge option (TV screen) through Google pay, I have recharged with Rs.1872/- Recharge successfully completed. But the TV is not recharged. Still "recharge your tatasky account " displays on the screen. Kindly help me either to activate my account or refund my amount.
