Tata Sky — Recharged but coul not get credit in account

Dear Sir, We have recharge for Rs. 1200 on 1St Sept 2015. So far we have not yet received credit in our account. Alreay submit complaint to company. Ref No : Service Request Reference Number: SR[protected]. Trying to reach customer care, but there is no reply. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
