Keep calling customer care and told that i have recharged wrong account bymistake but its never sold kept trying so many times once they told me its 0 balance so i need to recharge rs - 100 and my account will be credited 1500/- back but its been weeks still it no steps taken by customer care, no proper response Attaching 2 screenshot of transaction of my recharge- Wrong id which i did my recharge - [protected] My correct id which i want to shift my balance - [protected] Kindly send the refund to the id back or else back to the original payment method!!! +2 photos Was this information helpful?
