After checking new rate rs. 530/- per month (ultra pack) l have paid for ten canection rs.58300/- for one year from 3/11/2016 (as per package one year at a time payment 11months only l have to pay). last year package rate was 470/- for sports dhamaka.. your company told this package no more available. so l recharge for 530/- and change the package but now so may call and sms coming that l have to pay more. please solve my problem and see that l will recharge again on 3/11/2017 only. if you not solving my problem then 100% your company will loose this ten canection even l will disconnect my house canection also.
