[Resolved] Tata Sky — Reconnection | |||
I would like to inform you that i have requested for re-connection of my tatasky to my new address on[protected]. Still now no technician has turned up to my house for re-connection of my tatasky. Daily i am following up with the representatives of tatasky helpline and i am getting a reply that within two hours some technician would come and reconnect my tatasky. Today i have followed up with the helpline representatives four times and i got the same assurance. But still now no technician has come or contacted me. I am totally frustrated with your poor service and bogus assurance from your representatives. Please help me in getting my tatasky reconnected immediately. Or if it is not possible then the please suggest me how to return my tatasky connection. I do want to know why i am getting punished for opting tatasky service. Regards, B.
