Tata Sky — Reduction of facility & harassment to so called loyal customer | |||||
Subscriber id: [protected] Tataksy is running a mega campaign of “10 years celebrations” and “loyal customer” to trap new customers. I am a “so called” loyal customer for more than 6 years and my package has been down-graded with same annual premium of rs 9330. Reason : i am an old customer and this package is not on the tatasky platform now. Why me package was changed without my consent? Tatasky is free to modify its packages but why it should “curtail” the facility (Active channel) in the name of old customer. I contacted yesterday over phone and an sms was received at 1308 hrs of 8.8.2016 informing that i will be contacted soon, but more than 26 hours have passed and “no one has contacted me deliberately”. Instead i am receiving sms, email, visual display on tv to pay the amount otherwise service would be deactivated. This is the condition of “loyal customer”. I agree, i am one out of million customers and company is not running on me which has increased manifold in the last 6 years. I am an “old customer” and request tatasky to stop misguiding public in the name of loyal customer. It is now clear to me that there is no customer system in your company but it is simple business where you have got all rights (Changing the package, deactivation, do not respond on phone call etc) but the helpless customer is just to pay for the services.
