Tata Sky — Refund not processed

Hi. I recharged a wrong account [protected] by mistake instead of recharging [protected] subscriber I'd. Now Tata is refusing to process the refund saying wrong account I'd is in cancelled state hence refund not possible. If the account is in cancelled state how did this account accept 1000rs recharge? Its ridiculous, Tata is finding ways to cheat me, shameful act by a popular brand.
