Tata Sky — Refund of double payment

I have made double payment during renewal of my six month package. payment details of double transaction is as below
1. Date 3rd August Reference Number[protected] Rs 5513 online from my OBC account number [protected]

Made two complains on call center with no revert.

Please refund the money ASAP.

My registration number is [protected]. Registered mobile number is [protected].

I am not able to view normal channels.
Only HD channels are viewable.

I am getting rain effect to my normal Channels for last fortnight. Even thou there is no rain or storm. I missed many programs on national channels.
Only HD chanels are viewable.
