I have 2 parallel connections in my flat.

This is to inform you that i had an signal issue in my secondary setup-box.
I had been registering complaint from 19th may 2020. (Wo#1-2307n4cm) but your technician did not visited me. He just called me and asked me the code displayed on my screen and i gave it to him. So i registered the complaint again on 22nd may 2020 (Wo#1-23bgesum) and that day your technician mr. Shrikant visited me at around 5:00 pm. He checked the setup-box. I suggested him, "please check the cable of dish. It might have loose connection." but he said, "no need to check the cable connection of dish, your setup-box is faulty and has to be replaced." i, again insisted him to check the cable connection of dish. But he did not listen to me. And he removed my setup-box for replacement. And the setup box has been replaced. And rs.400/- have been debited to my account.
But after the replacement of new setup box the problem was not solved. So i called him and told him the situation. He said he will visit tomorrow and check it.
I knew that he will not come tomorrow, so again i registered a complaint on 23rd may 2020 (Wo#1-23dgdqew) and i received from tatasky that my visit has been scheduled between 12:45 pm to 01:45 pm. Mr. Shrikant visited me. We went on our terrace and he just change the cable joiner clip and it worked.
So i told him, "please refund of my rs.400/-. Because my old setup box was not faulty. I told you to check the dish cable. But you did not listen to me. And finally the problem was with the cable connection. So why should i pay the amount for your mistake or fault?" he said he will put request for refund and call me. But i knew he will never call me. So again i put a request on your toll-free number and registed the complaint. From yesterday continuously i am calling mr. Shrikant and he is just replying, "i am on call. I will call u as i reach my office."
So my request is, as i said or mentioned above all the matter that happened is not my fault or mistake. This is the mistake or fault of tata sky executive/ representative/ technician. So i am not liable to pay the setup box charges of rs.400/- (Which i have paid). Kindly refund me by giving the credit of rs.400/-in my account and if tata sky is not able to refund me. Then you have to prove that my old setup box is faulty.
So these are the two options you have to do in my case. I strongly recomend you to terminatet these type o[censored]nder-knowledge and irresponsible employees. This also will strongly effect tata sky reputation & customer rating.
