We had cylone in chennai on 12.12.2016 and the signals were out.
We had received signal on 21.12.2016
While asking for reimbursement for 8 days, i was not given.
The point is if we pay late they ask for late fee payment, disconnection of signal etc.
But when we ask for reimbursement, they have a blank answer and that is we are sorry, we cant help you with this
