[Resolved] Tata Sky — Regarding Activation of Music Channel | |||
Sir My name is Sanjay Kumar My Tata Sky Id No is [protected] I am using tata sky connection from last Six months . On 22 Sep 2014 the Prevoius night i talked customre care executive . They told me about active music channel but i refused to them for active the channel . But They haad activate this channel and charged Rs-50 for this . So what is this? without my permission how they can be activate any channel . Sir Please deactivate this channel and Refund my Rs-50 in my account as soon as possible otherwise I will move to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
