Tata Sky — Regarding No Signal

Tata Sky Service is very Poor, Customer care is very hopeless things. I Tata sky is not receiving signal since two week. I have registered my complain in customer care but nobody came to at my Residence for solving the Problem. I had been trying to talk with the Tata Sky Executive but line is very busy ant System telling that our executive would ring up you but result is Zero.
