Tata Sky — Regarding not attending complaint

My tata sky no is [protected]. This is not working since 4 days back. complaint has been lodged with customer care centre but still unattinded.Also there is no facility to contact and report the problem manually. It is also caused the problem to resolve fast.
I, therefore, request to attain the problem at the earliest.
