Dear Sir, I lodged complaint regarding my tata sky that it is not working and one of their executive told me that their technician will come on Saturday i, e 01st August 2015 to do the needful on that day I called them for 15 to 20 times but they didn't took it in priority and got it done due to which I had to suffer a loss of 5, 000/- RS. as I planned a dinner and movie on tata sky at my place but due to no service I had to cancel the program but all preparation for dinner was done. Finally the guy came on Sunday. They charged 320/- Rs for another set-top box. I mailed them that I have suffered a loss of this much amount due to mistake of your executive you must reverse that amount but they are not ready to that.
